1、 Performance characteristics
The STT-980 silicon core pipe cold bending radius tester is developed in accordance with the Chinese transportation industry standard JT/T496-2004 "High density polyethylene silicon core plastic pipe for highway underground communication pipelines". This device is simple and intuitive, making it an ideal equipment for production and quality supervision and inspection departments.
2、 Technical indicators:
Scope of use: Suitable for measuring the bending resistance of silicon core tubes at low temperatures. High density polyethylene silicon-based plastic pipes with different diameters ranging from 32-63mm can be used for underground communication pipelines.
Other testing equipment: a low-temperature chamber capable of controlling the temperature within -20 ℃± 2 ℃.
Sample: Take three 1.5-meter-long (2m when the outer diameter is greater than 40mm) silicon core tubes as samples for the bending performance test of the product. Before the test, the samples should be placed at a temperature of -20 ℃± 2 ℃ for 2 hours.
Judgment rule: After the bending test, the sample should not show any cracking, cracking or obvious stress whitening phenomenon.
